4. AI Accuracy Disclaimer
Psalmara uses artificial intelligence to generate devotionals, study plans, verse suggestions, and reflections. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, including incorrect Bible references, inaccurate theological interpretation, or incomplete context. You are responsible for verifying any Bible references against your own Bible before relying on them. AI responses are provided for devotional reflection only and do not constitute authoritative theological, pastoral, legal, medical, or financial advice.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create within the app (journal entries, prayer requests, notes). By submitting content, you grant Psalmara a limited license to store and display that content to you within the service. We do not use your personal journal content to train AI models or share it with third parties.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to misuse the service. You may delete your account at any time from the Account Deletion page.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Psalmara and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated content. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
